Abstract:
Left to fend for herself after the tragic death of her mother, Eula is forced to take action in order to survive. In the midst on the 1870s gold rush, there are few she can trust, and she soon finds herself tagging along with an outcast on a mission to find his bandit father. Far from the comforts of home, Eula begins to realize that there is a whole world out there, and it₂s far more dangerous than she ever imagined.
